I had a conference in Ottawa over the weekend so I had to delay my biking until Monday. On the other hand, I got to do it around Ottawa and to cross over to Quebec to visit there for the first time since before the pandemic. 106km on flat grounds and in perfect biking weather - no sun, no rain, no wind. So at the end I still felt very strong; I could probably easily do another 50km. But instead I drove back to Toronto, a 5-hour drive.
